The practice at Loomis Yoga is rooted in the classical lineages of Haṭha and Rāja Yoga and nourished by the vast, ancient wisdom of Hindu philosophy. Haṭha is taught to strengthen and honor the body as a sacred vessel—purifying prāṇa, opening the nāḍīs, and awakening inner vitality. Rāja teaches to steady the mind, turn inward, and listen for the quiet truth beneath the noise.
Alongside these paths, the Hindu traditions breathe life into our practice:
the vibrational power of mantra,
the mythic teachings of the deities,
the symbolism that guides consciousness,
and the reverence for the lineage that carries this wisdom forward.
At Loomis Yoga the body, breath, mind, and sacred teachings are inseparable.

In my classes, I weave movement, breathwork, chanting, and meditation—honoring the roots of yoga and inviting students into a deeper experience of stillness, connection, and Self-awareness

Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a time away, or deepening an existing practice, we offer personalized guidance to support your body, mind, and spirit. Our private and semi private sessions are designed to meet you where you are creating space for transformation, empowerment and lasting change.
We are a private yoga studio; sessions are by appointment only. Appointments are available by request.
